Two-wheel electric vehicle

Low-carbon, low-consumption travel tools have become the darlings of people all over the world in the new era. Adapting to the times, two-wheeled electric vehicles developed rapidly and soon became popular all over the world. Many models with novel design and beautiful appearance have also won the favor of young people.

However, compared with four-wheel vehicles, two-wheel electric vehicle product updates and iterations are faster. As a manufacturer of two-wheel vehicles, it often invests a lot of money and resources in new product research and development. There may be as many as dozens of models listed each year. This is a huge challenge for the R&D department. Traditional production technologies simply cannot meet such rapid R&D needs.

If such a wheel hub is made with traditional techniques, it will take at least two months to get the first batch of samples for testing. For our rapid manufacturing process, customers use 3D printing for assembly verification in the very early design stage to avoid and improve structural design deficiencies.

When the preliminary structural design is verified, customers will need materials with properties closer to the real product. CNC is a rapid processing technology that we often choose. We carve out the complete shape of the wheel hub through a specific grade of aluminum alloy block that meets the customer's mechanical performance requirements, and then perform surface treatment. We can let customers get the products they want within 1-2 weeks, which can greatly shorten the customer's R&D cycle.
