From August 22 to 24, 2025, LST’s annual team building event was brilliantly held in Anji, Zhejiang, known as the "Bamboo Town of China." This three-day journey blended natural exploration, team collaboration, and family warmth, creating unforgettable memories for this summer.

Day 1: Riding the Rapids, BBQ and Songs of Joy

In the morning sunlight, a bus filled with laughter and chatter headed toward Anji. The first stop, the Longwang Mountain Canyon Drift, instantly ignited the team's enthusiasm. Adults and children paired up in rafts, enjoying the thrill and speed in the cool stream, with laughter and splashes echoing through the valley.

In the evening, the team settled in the Firefly Valley for the long-awaited BBQ. Amid rising smoke and enticing aromas, everyone grilled their own delicious dishes. As night fell, a bonfire was lit, and the evening party officially began. Gathered around the blazing fire, everyone participated in fun games, with singing, laughter, and applause filling the air. Both adults and children immersed themselves in the relaxed and joyful atmosphere, quietly closing the distance between them.

Day 2: Strolling Through Bamboo Forests, Trekking Through Canyons

The next morning, the team visited the China Bamboo Expo Garden. Walking through the lush bamboo forest, everyone gained a deeper appreciation of bamboo culture, observed various rare bamboo species, and the adorable pandas delighted the children. This serene and vibrant bamboo forest provided a temporary escape from the city's hustle and bustle, allowing everyone to relax and unwind.

The afternoon trek through Jingkongli Canyon was a challenge of physical strength and willpower. Everyone waded upstream along the creek, supporting and guiding each other, navigating through clear waters and climbing over smooth rocks. Younger colleagues proactively assisted families with children, demonstrating the team spirit of mutual support at Lesotho.

Day 3: Conquering Waterfalls, Hiking to the Summit

The hike through Canglong Hundred Waterfalls on the final day brought the event to a climax. Waterfalls of all sizes cascaded along the path, their cool mist dispelling the summer heat. The steep terrain and rushing waterfalls tested everyone's endurance as they climbed along the winding trail. Though sweat drenched their clothes, no one gave up easily. With mutual encouragement, 15 team members successfully reached the summit. Standing atop the mountain, gazing at the rolling peaks, the team members purchased specialty mountain spring water chilled drinks—the sweet, refreshing taste serving as the perfect reward for their victory. All fatigue was replaced by the joy of success and the breathtaking scenery. This perseverance and triumph exemplified the Lesotho spirit of embracing challenges and pursuing excellence.

Creating a Brighter Future Together

This team building event especially encouraged employees to bring their families, further deepening Lesotho's "family culture." Three days of shared experiences not only strengthened team cohesion but also allowed employees' families to deeply feel the warmth and care of the company.
